Having experience spanning more than 27 years in equities related operations, Ahmad Zaidi served at different positions with international and local market names like; ABN AMRO Equities, W.I Carr Indosuez Securities and First Capital Securities. He has been with the company since its inception and was working as Chief Operating Officer prior to becoming the CEO of Foundation Securities (Pvt) Ltd “FSL”. Beginning from small cap company, Ahmad Zaidi led the growth of FSL to become PKR 1.0 Billion Company. He represented FSL at various corporate and regulatory forums and participates regularly at finance and management international conferences. He also serves as an advisor to private educational institutions and enjoys imparting corporate insight to aspiring students as a visiting faculty.

Mr.Aziz Ikram Chairman of the Board of Foundation Securities (Private) Limited. He brings to the table a distinguished career of Professional service to Fauji Foundation. Mr. Aziz Ikram, presently working as General Manager (Finance) at Head Office Fauji Foundation. He possesses vast experience holding various positions. Since 1988 he is with Fauji Foundation and looking after financial, tax, insurance and the corporate affairs of Fauji Foundation.

Mr. Arif Raza joined Askari Bank Limited on February 17, 2022 and presently he is working as Senior Executive Vice President / Global Treasurer at Askari Bank Treasury Division, Karachi. He possesses 28 years of extensive experience in local and International Banks like SAMBA, Standard Chartered and Soneri Bank in the areas of Foreign Exchange Trading, Money Markets, Equity / Capital Markets and Financial Institutions.

Business Finance and Law graduate with more than 26 years of professional experience, focus on corporate and investment banking, portfolio management, project finance (greenfield, brownfield), planning & budgeting and financial management.Project Finance professional with demonstrated track record of successfully structuring and managing infrastructure projects in Energy, Power, Fertilizer, Telecom, Cement, Real Estate and Transportation sectors. Archetypal understanding of debt financing and capital markets, including bank debt, bonds, tax equity, derivatives, and private placements. Quantitative thinker with strong technical qualifications, skilled at developing, maintaining, and reviewing spreadsheet-based financial models. Strong understanding of advanced financial modelling. Extensive experience of interaction with corporate law firms and successfully negotiated and closed documentation related to large syndicated and bilateral deals which includes security, finance documents and term sheets for more than 60 projects /structured finance facilities and corporate loans Being a law graduate have an added advantage to understand legal and financial terms.
